• Additional Person - Full conference attendance – $230.00
  Additional person outside of what is allotted for sponsorship levels. Full conference charge will include all breaks and meal vouchers
• Bronze Sponsor – $300.00
• Gold Sponsor – $1,000.00
• Guest meals/breaks per person – $100.00
  Spouse/children/guest - those wishing to join us will be covered for meals and breaks. Must be registered no later than OCT 15th. This cost is non-refundable as guest will be counted in food order.
• Platinum Sponsor – $2,000.00
• Silver Sponsor – $500.00
• Sponsor a Break – $500.00
  Sponsor Morning or Afternoon Break
• Sponsor an Event – $1,500.00
